Meet Judy Macdonald

Judy Macdonald has an extensive marketing background and currently serves as the director of marketing for Wahby Financial Group LLC.

Her global marketing expertise includes 28 years at a Big Four consulting firm and spans a wide range of disciplines including C-level and board member relationship development, scripting and video production, whitepaper editing, board governance programming, corporate events, PR and social media campaigns, and corporate communications.

She is a passionate advocate for women in leadership, and as a result, she co-founded the Jacksonville Women's Leadership Forum, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to mentoring the next generation of female executives.  Additionally, having experienced the power of peer-to-peer networking firsthand, Judy established the Jacksonville Executive Women's Exchange, an informal networking group for seasoned professional women. She also serves on the board of the Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center-See the Girl, which advances for the rights of girls and elevates justice reform, gender equity, and system accountability through research-based community solutions, and bold policy - all with a girl-centered approach.
